Juice… dun Dun DUNNNNN!
The recommended natural juice intake for a child is 4-6 ounces a day. Our oldest child loves his apple juice, so we fill a glass jar with 6 ounces of apple juice for the day and when it’s finished, that is it for the day. I was shocked at how fast those 6 ounces disappeared! I was also pleasantly surprised at how his appetite increased once we started monitoring his juice intake.
