1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp of Nut Butter
1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbsp of unsweetened cocoa
Ice (about 10 cubes)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
In a bowl place a scoop of Natural Greek Yogurt (the really thick kind if you can find it, I use The Honey Company’s Organic Greek Yogurt)
Pour Smoothie over the Greek Yogurt
Sprinkle with Chia Seeds, Nuts, Granola, Chopped Fruit, whatever you have on hand another scoop of nut butter can be really delicious too!
