From Fresh Fruit delivered whole, to touring our supplying farms, we put an emphasis on FRESH.
We use only local produce. Raw fruits and vegetables are delivered, peeled and packaged quickly. Nothing from concentrate and nothing is purchased in big steel drums. We have the freshest tasting product because we use the freshest ingredients.

Biodynamic farming and Organic farming are very similar; both are grown without chemicals and both are Non-GMO however, biodynamic farming goes one step further. It is a holistic practice where all things are considered living interrelated systems. Animals plants and the solar system.
